Returns & Exchanges
7 days from delivery to exchange or return, on shapewear that is unworn with tags intact.
We want you to love how BodyHer fits. If something isn't right, we're here to help — subject to the terms below.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, save where required by South African law.
Condition of returned goods
For hygiene reasons — and in line with normal practice for intimates and shapewear — returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned with the protective hygiene liner intact
- Returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without the hygiene liner cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
How to start a return
Email info@bodyher.co or phone/WhatsApp 061 477 7092 with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases we cover the return shipping in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size? We'll happily send a replacement in the correct size, subject to stock availability. If your new size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund.
Faulty or incorrect items
In line with sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to receive goods that are of good quality, in good working order and free of defects for a period of six months after delivery. If you believe an item is faulty or was delivered in error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
Sale items
Items purchased on final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
