Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on bodyher.co for delivery within the Republic of South Africa.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–7 working days to all major centres and outlying areas in South Africa. Deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners.

Shipping fees

• Flat-rate courier delivery: R99 across South Africa.
• Free shipping on all orders over R1 700 (calculated before any discount codes are applied).

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is collected by the courier. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@bodyher.co or phone/WhatsApp 061 477 7092.

Discreet packaging

Every BodyHer order ships in plain, unbranded packaging.

Failed deliveries & incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, redelivery will be charged at the standard shipping rate.

Consumer Protection Act

In line with section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, we will use reasonable efforts to deliver your goods on the agreed date and time. Where no delivery date is agreed, delivery will take place within a reasonable time — no later than the timelines set out above.
