POLICIES

Terms of Service

The conditions that apply to your use of bodyher.co.

These Terms of Service govern your use of bodyher.co and any purchases you make through the site. By accessing or using the site, you accept these terms.

1. About us

BodyHer is a South African retailer of shapewear and intimate apparel, operating at bodyher.co. Where you need to contact us, email info@bodyher.co or phone/WhatsApp 061 477 7092.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but errors can occur. Where a pricing or availability error is discovered after you place an order, we will notify you and either honour the correct price or cancel and refund the order at your election.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock shortage, or a pricing error).

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and secure South African payment methods (including PayFast and Yoco). All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners; BodyHer does not store your card details.

5. Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. In particular, you have the right to receive goods of good quality, and a cooling-off period on electronic transactions in accordance with section 44 of the ECTA.

7. Intellectual property

All content on bodyher.co — including the BodyHer name, logo, product photography, copy, and site design — is owned by BodyHer or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site; (c) transmit malicious code; or (d) interfere with any other user's use of the site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, BodyHer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.

Last updated: 5 July 2026. These Terms are provided as a general starting point and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend a South African-licensed attorney reviews the final version before publication.
